In 2017 Mandeville joined a federated partnership with Kingsmead and Gayhurst schools and in 2025 Grasmere Primary School joined the federation. Kingsmead, Gayhurst, Mandeville and Grasmere schools have come together to form the LEAP federation (Learning, Education, Arts Partnership) which has one Governing Body.
