Mandeville Primary school uses Arbor Parent Portal, a secure online payment system.  This system allows you to make payments to our school using the Internet. Payments for trips, wraparound care (breakfast club and after-school play centre), and termly activity clubs are all made online.

If you are new to the school and do not yet have an activated account, please email the school office at mdvoffice@mandeville.hackney.sch.uk to request your child’s activation link. You will then receive an email informing you of your username. You can email the school office if you have any enquiries about breakfast club, activity clubs and play centre. We aim to respond to your query within two working days.

The Parent Portal and Parent App leaflet posters are attached below. Please follow the instructions on the attached logging in guide below if required. Once you have successfully logged in, you may book and pay for your required wraparound care. Please select how to book and pay for wraparound care clubs for further instructions. 

We advise that you login to your child’s account regularly to top up before making any bookings. You may also pay for wraparound care using childcare vouchers. Please email the school office to inform us that you will be paying using childcare vouchers so that we may set up your account to accept voucher payments. Please also let us know how much of the voucher payment is to be allocated to which account so that we can credit the correct accounts accordingly once we receive the funds.
