HAF Summer Camp 2021

We are delighted that a Mandeville and Kingsmead summer holiday camp will be running again this summer at Mandeville School, for Mandeville and Kingsmead children in                 Years 1 - 6  from 10am to 2pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays  for four weeks, from 19th July to 12th August. The summer camp will offer a range of free healthy and fun activities such as sports games, cooking, football, dance & Afro Fusion dance, art, music, running games and more....

The summer club will run as a drop-in service this year but it is essential that we have a completed registration form for all children who wish to attend. Registration is now open. PDF copies of the registration form and leaflet sent home with children can be found at the bottom of this page. If you would like your child to attend please print off the registration form below and return your completed form to the school office by Friday 9th July 2021.

All the staff at the Summer camp are from  Mandeville and Kingsmead schools so your child will know the other children and staff and be made to feel safe and secure. Children who attend will need to ensure they arrive by 10:00am and are collected promptly at 2:00pm. There will be no late admission past 10.15am and children are expected to stay all day.

All children will need to wear weather appropriate sports clothes and if it is very sunny please make sure they have sun cream on and bring a hat. Every child at the camp will be offered a FREE delicious hot lunch. You can give your child a healthy packed lunch to bring if they would prefer this, but children should not bring snacks to the camp. Water and fruit will be available at the camp for all children. Children can bring their own named water bottle if they want to but we will also make sure that all children have access to drinking water.

If your child has medication they need to use during the day (i.e. asthma pumps) please make sure they bring it with them when they come to the Summer camp and that it is clearly labelled with their name.
